Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of North Fifty-sixth Street and Argyle Place, each from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; North and West Fifty-fifth Street; from Phinney Avenue to Fourth Avenue Northwest; Woodlawn Circle, from Terrace Drive to First Avenue Northwest; North and West Fifty-fourth Street, from Phinney Avenue to Terrace Drive; West Fifty-fourth Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest; North Fifty-third Avenue, from Phinney Avenue to Greenwood Avenue; West Fifty-third Street, from Third Avenue Northwest to Eighth Avenue Northwest; North and West Fifty-first Street, from Phinney Avenue to Second Avenue Northwest; Greenwood Avenue, from North Fiftieth Street to North Fifty-seventh Street; Trinity Place, from North Fifty-first Street to North Fifty-fourth Street; First Avenue Northwest, from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-sixth Street; Second Avenue Northwest, from West Fiftieth Street to West Fifty-second Street, and from West Fifty-fifth Street to West Fifty-sixth Street; Terrace Drive, from First Avenue Northwest to Scenic Place; and Scenic Place, from Third Avenue Northwest to West Fifty-fifth Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden crosswalks thereon and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2726 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
