Introduced as Council Bill 12099

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Forty-one (41), Capitol Hill Addition, Division Number 6, being the alley from the East Prospect Street to East Aloha Street and between Twenty-first Avenue North and Twenty-second Avenue North, all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same and providing for all necessary surface drainage, and constructing all necessary bulkheads and retaining walls; provided, that the grade be a vertical curve the entire length of the block, and that the cut at the center of the block shall not exceed three (3) feet; all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38916; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
