An Ordinance providing for the condemnation and appropriation, tanking and damaging of certain portions of Hyde Park, an Addition to the City of Seattle; of Magnolia Park, an Addition to the City of Seattle; of Minor's Addition to the City of Seattle; of Dewey's Addition to the City of Seattle; of Ladd's Addition to the City of Seattle; of Hiawatha Park, an Addition to the City of Seattle; of Hiawatha Park No. 2, an Addition to the City of Seattle; of the Seattle Tide Lands; of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of Section Twenty-two (22), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M.; of the Northeast Quarter (NE 1/4) of the Southeast quarter (SE 1/4) of said Section Twenty-two (22); of Government Lot Four (4), of said Section Twenty-two (22); and of the Northwest Quarter (NW 1/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), Township Twenty-five (25) North, Range Three (3) East, W. M. for Park, Drive and Boulevard purposes; providing for the changing from Commercial uses to Park, Drive and Boulevard uses of the East Sixty (60) Feet of Thorndyke Avenue from West Wheeler Street to West Blaine Street; of Twenty-sixth Avenue West from West Galer Street to West Hayes Street; of West Galer Street from Twenty-sixth Avenue West to Thirtieth Avenue West; of West Howe Street from Thirty-sixth Avenue West to the Government Meander Line; of Sherman Avenue from Thirty-seventh Avenue West to Forty-fifth Avenue West and Forty-fifth Avenue West from West Armour Street to West Bertona Street; providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land, rights, privileges and other property necessary for said change of use; and providing that the payment of the cost of said improvement be made from the Park Fund of the City of Seattle.
