Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Stewart Street, from First Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Olive Street, from Fourth Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Virginia Street, from the Alley between Third Avenue and Fourth Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Fourth Avenue, from Pine Street to Virginia Street; Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue, each from Westlake Avenue to Virginia Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of each of said streets and avenues, together with the installation of such poles and conduits and wires as may be necessary for the property installation and equipment of said system, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2621 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
