Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Washington Street, from Thirtieth Avenue South to Thirty-first Avenue South, and Thirty-first Avenue South, from Yesler Way to Washington Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, constructing concrete sidewalks, together with all necessary crosswalks, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2715 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
