Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Howell Street, from the west margin of Terry Avenue to Eastlake Avenue; Eastlake Avenue, from the south margin of Howell Street to Denny Way; Terry Avenue, Boren Avenue, Minor Avenue, Howard Avenue, each from Howell Street to Stewart Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same and by constructing granite curbs, together with such sewers and water mains and side sewer connections as may be necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, and by constructing concrete sidewalks thereon; provided, however that Howell Street, from the west margin of Terry Avenue to Eastlake Avenue; Eastlake Avenue, from the south margin of Howell Street to Denny Way, be paved with vitrified brick; and that Terry Avenue, Boren Avenue, Minor Avenue and Howard Avenue, each from Howell Street to Stewart Street, be paved with asphalt, all to be laid upon a proper concrete foundation; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2711 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
