Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-sixth Avenue North and Twenty-sixth Avenue North Produced, from the north boundary of Interlaken Addition to the south line of the Lake Washington Canal right-of-way; East McGraw Street, Calhoun Street and Miller Street, each from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-sixth Avenue North; Louisa Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to Twenty-fifth Avenue North; Twenty-fifth Avenue North, from Louisa Street to Roanoke Street; and Roanoke Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue North to the Parkway; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing sewers therein of the proper dimensions and materials together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins and other appurtenances necessary for the proper sewreage and drainage of said district, and including as a part of said improvement, the construction on a proper outfall to Lake Washington; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2710 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
