Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Westlake Avenue, from Pike Street to Denny Way, in the City of Seattle, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line on both side of said avenue, together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2662 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
