Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Florida Street, from Alki Avenue to Railroad Avenue West; and Railroad Avenue West, from Florida Street to the west margin of Twenty-sixth Avenue Southwest, by constructing an 18-foot plank roadway on the north margin thereof, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2702 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
