Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Forty-two (42), A. A. Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle, (being the alley between First and Second Avenues, from Lenora Street to Blanchard Street), by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation; by doing all necessary grading; and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2689 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
