Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Franklin Avenue, from Eastlake Avenue to a point sixty (60) feet north of Nelson Place on the east; Nelson Place, from Eastlake Avenue to Lakeview Avenue; and East Park Drive, from Franklin Avenue to Lakeview Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, by constructing concrete sidewalks and all necessary bulkheads thereon, and by the construction of watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2651 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
