Title

An Ordinance providing for the laying off, extending, and establishing of Montlake Boulevard from the north line of the Government Canal Right of Way to the north line of the Campus of the State University of Washington, and Brintnall Place from Fifteenth Avenue Northeast to Montlake Boulevard as extended herein, and of a public street and highway across Block Eight (8), Lake Washington Shore Lands, all in the City of Seattle; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing that the payment for such improvement be made by special assessment upon property specially benefited, in the manner provided by law.
