Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirteenth Avenue South, from Spokane Street to Dakota Street; Dakota Street, and Dakota Street produced east, from Thirteenth Avenue South to Beacon Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by laying water mains therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all gates, tees, crosses, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2525 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
