Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Thirty-ninth Avenue North, from Hillside Drive to East Madison Street; East Prospect Street, from Thirty-seventh Avenue North to Fortieth Avenue North; East Highland Drive, from Thirty-ninth Avenue North to Fortieth Avenue North; East Lee Street and East Galer Street each from East Madison Street to Fortieth Avenue North, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2694 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
