An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twelfth Avenue and Twelfth Avenue South, from Jackson Street to East Denny Way; Eleventh Avenue, from East Denny Way to East Marion Street, original Eleventh Avenue, from East Spring Street to East Union Street; Tenth Avenue, from East Pine Street to East Madison Street; Main Street, from Tenth Avenue South to a point two hundred eighty-six (286) feet east of Twelfth Avenue South; Washington Street, from Eleventh Avenue South to a point one hundred sixty (160) feet east of Twelfth Avenue South from the north; East Fir Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; East Spruce Street, from Eleventh Avenue to a point two hundred thirty-eight (238) feet east of Twelfth Avenue; East Alder Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East Terrace Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; Terrace Court, Remington Court, Barclay Court and James Court, each from Twelfth Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East James Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; East Cherry Street, East Columbia Street and East Marion Street, each from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East Spring Street, from Tenth Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East Madison Street, from Tenth Avenue from the south to Thirteenth Avenue; Spring Place, from Tenth Avenue to East Madison Street; East Union Street, from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; East Pike Street, from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; East Pine Street, from Nagle Place to Thirteenth Avenue; East Olive Street and East Howell Street, each from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regarding; by the construction of reconstruction of sewers, side sewers, water mains and their appurtenances; by the construction of wooden curbs, gutters, wood walks, and by planking and replanking where necessary; and providing for all necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2692 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; (238) feet east of Twelfth Avenue, East Alder Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East Terrace Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; Terrace Court, Remington Court, Barclay Court and James Court, each from Twelfth Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East James Street, from Eleventh Avenue to Twelfth Avenue; East Cherry Street, East Columbia Street and East Marion Street, east from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue; East Spring Street, from Tenth Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue, East Marion Street, from Tenth Avenue from the South to Thirteenth Avenue, Spring Place, from Tenth Avenue to East Madison Street; East Union Street, from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; East Pike Street, from Broadway to Thirteenth Avenue; East Pine Street, from Nagle Place to Thirteenth Avenue; East Olive Street and East Howell Street, each from Eleventh Avenue to Thirteenth Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, be improved by grading and regarding; by the construction or reconstruction of sewers, side sewers, water mains and their appurtenances; by the construction of wooden curbs, gutters, wood walks, and by planking and replanking where necessary; and providing for all necessary surface drainage, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
