Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Maple Leaf Place, from 5th Avenue Northeast to 6th Avenue Northeast; East 74th Street, from 5th Avenue Northeast to the intersection of East 73rd Street, and 9th Avenue Northeast to 10th Avenue Northeast; Emma Place, from East 73rd Street to 9th Avenue Northeast; Banner Place, from East 75th Street to Emma Place; 6th Avenue Northeast and 9th Avenue Northeast, each from East 73rd Street to East 75th, and East 75th, from 6th Avenue Northeast to 10th Avenue Northeast, all in the City of Seattle , by constructing concrete walks and wooden crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2681 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; provided that the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to incur indebtedness in an amount not to exceed $325.00 against the General Fund, an account of the costs and expenses of such improvement; and providing for the Payment Therefor By The Mode Of "Payment By Bonds," As Provided By The Laws Of The State Of Washington And The Charter And Ordinances Of The City Of Seattle.
