Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Fiftieth Street, from Fourth Avenue Northeast to Tenth Avenue Northeast; Tenth Avenue Northeast, from East Forty-seventh Street to Sylvester Place; and East Fifty-fifth Street, from Ninth Avenue Northeast to Brooklyn Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete walks and wooden crosswalks and providing for the necessary surface drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2679 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
