Introduced as Council Bill 11504

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Carr Place, from Ewing Street to the north margin of North Thirty-eighth Street from the East; and North Thirty-seventh Street, between Carr Place and Woodlawn Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, by constructing concrete walks thereon and by making connections to existing improvements; provided, however, that concrete walks be constructed on the west side only of Carr Place, between the limits above mentioned; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2665 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
