Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Trenton Street and Director Street, each from Fourteenth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; Concord Street, from Twelfth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; Henderson Street, from Tenth Avenue South to Sixteenth Avenue South; Donovan Street, from Seventeenth Avenue South to Eighteenth Avenue South; Sixteenth Avenue South, from Trenton Street to Henderson Street; Seventeenth Avenue South and Eighteenth Avenue South, each from Donovan Street to Concord Street, all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of watermains therein, together with all tees, wyes and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2585 of the City Council of the City of Seattle and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
