Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Calhoun Street, East McGraw Street and East Lynn Street, each from 15th Avenue North to a point 180 feet east of 26th Avenue North; Miller Street, from 19th Avenue North to the east margin of 26th Avenue North; Louisa Street, from west margin of 20th Avenue North to 25th Avenue North; Roanoke Street, from 20th Avenue North to the east margin of 25th Avenue North; 16th Avenue North and 18th Avenue North, each from East Lynn Street to Calhoun Street; 19th Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Miller Street; 20th Avenue North, from East Lynn Street to Louisa Street; 22nd Avenue North from East Lynn Street to Lake Washington Boulevard; East Montlake Place as established by Ordinance No. 18517, from Louisa Street to Lake Washington Boulevard; 24th Avenue North and 25th Avenue North, each from East Lynn Street to Roanoke Street, and 26th Avenue North from East Lynn street to miller Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing wooden curbs and gutters and providing for the necessary surface drainage, and by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2660 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
