Title

An ordinance providing for the change of use of Lakeside Avenue in the City of Seattle from the south margin of Superior Street to the north margin of East Pine Street from its use as a public street and highway to that of public park, drive and boulevard uses; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking and damaging of land and other property necessary therefor; and providing for the condemnation, appropriation, taking of all lands, together with all rights and privileges attaching thereto lying east of Lakeside Avenue, north of the south margin of Superior Street, south of the north margin of Pine Street, and west of deep water in Lake Washington; and providing for the same to be made from the Park Fund of the City of Seattle.
