Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of North and West 74th Street, from Winona Avenue to 8th Avenue Northwest; North and West 75th Street, from Woodland Park Avenue to 8th Avenue Northwest; Fremont Avenue and Dayton Avenue, each from North 72nd Street to North 75th Street; Winona Avenue, from North 73rd Street to Woodland Park Avenue; North 73rd Street, from Winona Avenue to Woodland Park Avenue; 8th Avenue Northwest, from West 73rd Street on the south to West 75th Street, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing concrete sidewalks and wooden cross walks thereon, and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2671 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
