Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of California Avenue, from West Graham Street to Lowman Drive; and Lowman Drive from California Avenue to 44th Avenue Southwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 39717 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
