Introduced as Council Bill 11506

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West 59th Street from 24th Avenue Northwest to 32nd Avenue Northwest; and 32nd Avenue Northwest from West 59th Street to West 65th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by constructing watermains therein of proper dimensions and materials with all gates, tees, crosses fire hydrants, and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district all in accordance with Resolution No. 2634 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
