Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Jackson Street in the City of Seattle, from Railroad Avenue to 31st Avenue South, as follows: from Railroad Avenue to 14th Avenue South, by installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of said Jackson Street, together with the installation of such poles, conduits and wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system; the poles to be constructed for 5 light clusters; and from 14th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South, by the installation of a system of cluster lights along the curb line of said Jackson Street; together with the installation of such poles, conduits, wires as may be necessary for the proper installation and equipment of said system, the poles to be constructed for 3 light clusters, from 14th Avenue South to 31st Avenue South; said system shall be equipped so as not to consume more electric current than is consumed by the arc and incandescent lights now in use in said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2648 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
