Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 9th Avenue and 9th Avenue North, from Westlake Avenue to Westlake Avenue North; Denny Way from the westerly margin of 9th Avenue North to Westlake Avenue; John Street, Thomas Street, Harrison Street, Republican Street and Mercer Street, each from 9th Avenue North to Westlake Avenue North; and Roy Street, from 8th Avenue North to Westlake Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regrading the same to the elevations established by Ordinance No. __ and making approaches where necessary to existing streets, said approaches not to exceed a distance of 256 feet, by making all necessary provisions to care for sewers and water mains and surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2630 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
