Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 62, A. A. Denny's 5th Addition, being the alley running from Seneca Street to University Street and between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by grading and providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2643 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
