Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Lakewood Avenue, from Terminal Court to Cascadia Avenue in the City of Seattle by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing brick, asphalt or concrete gutters and granite, armored concrete curbs and including as part of said work all necessary grading and regrading, providing for the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 39554; under Ordinance No. and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds" as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
