Introduced as Council Bill 11203

Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of West 59th Street from 24th Avenue Northwest to 32nd Avenue Northwest; and 32nd Avenue Northwest from West 59th Street to West 65th Street; by paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, and by constructing concrete curbs with granite or armored concrete corners; providing for the necessary surface drainage, including all grading, the altering, repairing and extending of concrete sidewalks where necessary, together with the construction of all sewers with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2626 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
