Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 18th Avenue North from the south line of East Roy Street to the north line of East Galer Street; 16th Avenue North and 17th Avenue North, each from the south line of East Roy Street to East Garfield Street; 15th Avenue North from the south line of East Roy Street to the north line of East Galer Street; 11th Avenue North, 12th Avenue North,13th Avenue North and 14th Avenue North, each from the south line of East Roy Street to East Prospect Street; East Ward Street, East Valley Street, and East Roy Street, each from 14th Avenue North to 15th Avenue North, and East Aloha Street from 11th Avenue North to 18th Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by attaching cross arms, which will accommodate a three ball cluster light system, to the poles ordered to be installed on said streets by the provisions of Ordinance No. 21598, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2609 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
