Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 21st Avenue North and 22nd Avenue North each from East Madison Street to East Roy Street; 23rd Avenue North, from East Madison Street to East John Street; 24th Avenue North, from East Madison Street to the north margin of East Ward Street; East Ward Street, East Aloha Street, East Valley Street and East Roy Street, each from 23rd Avenue North to 24th Avenue North; East Mercer Street, from 19th Avenue North to 24th Avenue North; East Republican Street, from 19th Avenue North to 23rd Avenue North; East Harrison Street, from 19th Avenue North to 23rd Avenue North; East Thomas Street and East John Street, each from 19th Avenue North to 24th Avenue North; Jansen Court, from 20th Avenue North to the east line of Jansen's Addition; and East Denny Way, from 19th Avenue North to 21st Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or other suitable materials laid upon a proper concrete foundation, provided, that where the grade does not exceed 7%, asphalt shall be used, and that brick or stone block shall be used where grades exceed 7%; and by constructing curbs and asphalt, brick or stone gutters thereon, and including as part of said work all necessary grading and regrading, the construction, alteration or extension of concrete walks and of such sewers and side sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2567 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
