Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Klickitat Avenue, from Spokane Street to 16th Avenue Southwest and 16th Avenue Southwest from Klickitat Avenue to Railroad Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by constructing a plank roadway 18 feet in width with a 4 foot walk on the west side of 16th Avenue Southwest and the Southwest side of Klickitat Avenue, the cost of said improvement to be assessed against the abutting property on the west side of 16th Avenue Southwest and the Southwest side of Klickitat Avenue; provided that the total cost of said improvement does not exceed 100% of the assessed valuation of the property to be assessed for the cost of said improvement; all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 39556 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
