Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Dearborn Street, from the west margin of 23rd Avenue South to the west margin of 29th Avenue South from the north, and 28th Avenue South, from Dearborn Street form the west to Dearborn Street from the east, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material laid upon a proper concrete foundation, together with concrete, brick or asphalt gutters, concrete curbs with armored concrete or granite corners, and including as a part of said work, providing for the construction or reconstruction of all sewers, side sewers and watermains, with their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage, drainage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2640 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
