Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of 37th Avenue North, from East Ward Street to East Madison Street; 38th Avenue North from East Prospect Street to East Madison Street; and 39th Avenue North and Hillside Drive, from Lambert Place to East Madison Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, and including as a part of said work, the construction of a temporary outfall along East Madison Street; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2624 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
