Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alleys in blocks 34, 33 and 32, Pontius' Addition to the City of Seattle; being the alleys from East Thomas Street to East Mercer Street, between Bellevue Avenue North and Melrose Avenue North; all in the City of Seattle, by grading the same where necessary and paving with concrete and asphalt; all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 39276 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
