Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of Pine Street and East Pine Street, in the City of Seattle, from Belmont Avenue to the east margin of Nagle Place, by widening the pavement so that the roadway shall have a total width of 48 feet, and including as part of said work all necessary grading and regrading, the necessary removal of all curbs, catch basins, trees, bulkheads, retaining walls and concrete sidewalks, and by constructing or reconstructing all pavements, curbs, gutters, catch basins, concrete sidewalks, side sewers and fire hydrants in a manner to make a complete and finished improvement, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2540 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
