Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of East 54th Street, from 20th Avenue Northeast to Ravenna Avenue; East 55th Street, from University Boulevard to 20th Avenue Northeast; 20th Avenue Northeast from East 50th Street to East 55th Street; 21st Avenue Northeast, form East 50th Street to East 54th Street; 22nd Avenue Northeast and 22nd Avenue Northeast as produced by Ordinance No. 22601, from the East 46th Street to East 54th Street; all in the City of Seattle, by the construction of sewers therein of proper dimensions and materials, together with all necessary wyes, openings, manholes, flush tanks, catch basins, and their appurtenances necessary for the proper sewerage and drainage of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2558 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
