Title

An ordinance relating to and providing for the improvement of the alley in block 17, Boren, Denny, and Yesler's Addition, being the alley from Spring Street to Seneca Street and between 5th Avenue and 6th Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and paving the same, all in accordance with Majority Petition No. 39555 of the city council of the City of Seattle; and providing payment therefor by the mode of "Payment in Bonds", as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
