Introduced as Council Bill 264

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Villard Street from Depot Street to the South line of Gould Street by grading the same and constructing sidewalks on both side thereof, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Immediate Payment," by assessment upon all lots or parcels of land benefited by such improvement, under the provisions of Ordinance No. 2085, approved April 29, 1892, and the City Charter as amended and new in force.
