Introduced as Council Bill 11112

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Westlake Avenue North, from Mercer Street to Fremont Avenue, and of Fremont Avenue, from the intersection of Westlake Avenue North, Nickerson Street and Fourth Avenue North, northward, across the Government Canal to Blewett Street; and Ewing Street, from the west line of Lot Eight (8), Block Forty-one (41), Denny & Hoyt's Addition to the City of Seattle, to Woodland Park Avenue, by grading and filling said avenues to the elevations established by Ordinance No. 17629; by making all necessary slopes for excavations and embankments; by making all necessary approaches to existing streets; by constructing all necessary retaining walls, bulkheads, and bridges; by constructing curbs and gutters; by planking and replanking where necessary to a width of eighteen (18) feet; by constructing wood sidewalks six (6) to ten (10) feet in width, together with all necessary crosswalks; by making all necessary provisions to care for the surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2587 of the City Council of the City of Seattle; provided, however, that the improvement of said avenues be carried out as follows;
