Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Alki Avenue, from the south margin of West Spokane Street to the south margin of West Atlantic Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and filling the same to a width of not less than thirty (30) feet, making all necessary slopes for excavations and embankments, by making all necessary approaches thereto, by constructing all necessary bulkheads and retaining walls, by the construction of curbs and gutters where necessary, by planking the roadway and by constructing wooden sidewalks thereon and making all necessary provisions to care for the surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2588 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
