Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Dexter Avenue, from the south margin of Roy Street to Fourth Avenue North; Nickerson Street, from the intersection of Dexter Avenue and Fourth Avenue North to Third Avenue West; Roy Street, from Seventh Avenue North to Eighth Avenue North; Valley Street, from Seventh Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; Aloha Street, from Seventh Avenue North to Eighth Avenue North; Ward Street, from Dexter Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Prospect Street, from Seventh Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; Highland Drive, from Taylor Avenue to Dexter Avenue; Comstock Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; Lee Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Dexter Avenue; Galer Street, from Sixth Avenue North to Westlake Avenue; Garfield Street, from Seventh Avenue North to Eighth Avenue North; Garden Street, from Dexter Avenue to Westlake Avenue; Eighth Avenue North, from the north line of Union Lake Supplemental Addition to the City of Seattle, to Westlake Avenue; Newell Street, from Dexter Avenue to Fourth Avenue North; Fourth Avenue, from Newell Street to the intersection of Dexter Avenue and Nickerson Street; Fulton Street, from a point one hundred sixty-five (165) feet west of Fourth Avenue North to Fourth Avenue North; Etruria Street, from Nickerson Street to a point one hundred eighty (180) feet west of Warren Avenue; Dravus Street and West Dravus Street, from Nickerson Street to a point two hundred sixty (260) feet west of Queen Anne Avenue; West Cremona Street, from Nickerson Street to Third Avenue West; West Bertona Street, from Nickerson Street to Third Avenue West; Queen Anne Avenue, from Etruria Street to Nickerson Street, and Warran Avenue, from Florentia Street to Nickerson Street, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and regarding the same to the elevation established by Ordinance No. 17628, by making approaches, where necessary, to existing streets, by constructing curbs and gutters, by providing for the necessary surface drainage, and by constructing bulkheads where necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2568 of the City Council of the City of Seattle.
