Introduced as Council Bill 11031

Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Western Avenue, from Yesler Way to Seneca Street; Columbia Street, Marion Street, Madison Street, Spring Street and Seneca Street, each from Western Avenue to Railroad Avenue, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with vitrified brick or granite blocks laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with granite curbs; together with all necessary sewers, side sewers, watermains and appurtenances necessary for the proper fire protection; the construction of all concrete walks and concrete walls necessary, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2610 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
