Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Main Street, from Twenty-eighth Avenue South, from the north, to Thirtieth Avenue South, by paving the same with asphalt, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing armoured concrete curbs, and including as a part of said work, all necessary grading and regarding, the construction, alteration or extension of all sewers and water mains with their appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage, sewerage, water service and fire protection of said district, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2613 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
