Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of James Street, from Sixth Avenue to Ninth Avenue; Cherry Street and Columbia Street, each from Seventh Avenue to Ninth Avenue; Marion Street, from Eighth Avenue to Ninth Avenue; Seventh Avenue, from Columbia Street to James Street, and Eighth Avenue, from Marion Street to James Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with brick and stone blocks, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, by constructing granite curbs and concrete sidewalks, and including as a part of said work, all necessary sewer and side sewer connections, the construction, alteration and extension of water mains, fire hydrants and other appurtenances necessary for the proper water service and fire protection of said district; all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38190; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
