Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Fifty-two (52), A. A. Denny's Addition to the City of Seattle, all in the City of Seattle, being the alley from Seneca Street to Spring Street and between Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue, by paving the same with vitrified brick laid upon a proper concrete foundation and by providing for the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2602 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
