Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of the Alley in Block Fifteen (15), Denny-Fuhrman's Addition, all in the City of Seattle, being the alley from Edgar Street to Hamlin Street and between North Broadway and Harvard Avenue North, by grading and paving the same with asphalt laid upon a proper concrete foundation, all in accordance with Majority Petition, being File No. 38840; and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle
