Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twentieth Avenue South, from Yesler Way to Charles Street; Eighteenth Avenue South, from Jackson Street to Lane Street; King Street, Weller Street and Lane Street, each from Eighteenth Avenue South to Twentieth Avenue South, and Jackson Street, from Twentieth Avenue South to Twenty-first Avenue South, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt, or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with asphalt concrete or granite corners, and the construction of all sewers, side sewers, all water mains, gates, hydrants, crosses and tees, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2544 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
