Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of East Jefferson Street, from Twenty-third Avenue to Twenty-seventh Avenue; Twenty-fourth Avenue, from East Alder Street to East Jefferson Street; Twenty-fifth Avenue and Twenty-sixth Avenue, each from East Alder Street to East Cherry Street, all in the City of Seattle, by paving the same with asphalt or some other suitable material, laid upon a proper concrete foundation, with asphalt or brick gutters, with armoured concrete or concrete curbs, armoured concrete or granite corners, also concrete walks where necessary, and the construction of all sewers, side sewers, all water mains, gates, hydrants, crosses and tees necessary; all in accordance with Resolution No. 2551 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
