Title

An Ordinance providing for the improvement of Twenty-fifth Avenue Northwest and Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest; each from West Seventieth Street to West Seventy-fifth Street; Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest, from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Sixty-seventh Street; Twenty-seventh Avenue Northwest and Earl Avenue Northwest, each from West Sixty-fifth Street to West Seventy-third Street; West Seventieth Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-eighth Avenue Northwest; West Seventy-third Street, from Twenty-fourth Avenue Northwest to Twenty-sixth Avenue Northwest, all in the City of Seattle, by grading and curbing the same, and providing the necessary surface drainage, all in accordance with Resolution No. 2486 of the City Council of the City of Seattle, and providing for the payment therefor by the mode of "Payment by Bonds," as provided by the laws of the State of Washington and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Seattle.
